Those air potatoes you call are what we plant instead of the tubers. My grandma plants them in a sack mid-year and they are usually ready to be harvested for Christmas here in the PH. I just grabbed a few last time I visited them and will try to plant some for myself. I'm exited!

I grew these last year, and im growing them again now. Ive never tried one that was full orange (they liquify in as little as 24 hrs once ripe) - Ive always cooked them while green.

I have a gutter that needs to obviously be fixed, but it’s leaking in just the right spot where I can line up 10, 5 gallon buckets. They all fill up within 5 minutes of a decent rain fall. 50 gallons in 5 minutes. Definitely enough to keep my garden quenched until the next rain.

My mom dressed us up in big black t shirts as kids when my grandma’s would fruit. It was a beast. It was cut down at over 50 years of age- a couple years later it grew back in the same spot!!! I have a baby from it now ❤ and it’s getting sizable again but gosh- nothing like that dense forest that stood over 20 feet tall

Where I live these is a mulberry tree that produced the white berries and they are the sweetest berries I ever try on my life.
